Rising elderly populations across the globe face multiple risks such as limited access to home-care workers, deadly heat waves from climate change, and the costs of state-of-the-art technology. And when a new digital product does appear on the market, it is often designed without input from senior customers. Hence it’s a flop.

This comes as more Americans over 50 have at least one primary digital device, indicating a readiness to accept new bells and whistles that will help them live their best lives.
